Set your intention.
Journal about your intention for taking this step towards becoming a yoga teacher and what it means to you.
Email your intention to soulascensionhealingarts@gmail.com or post in the FB Group

Schedule your classes for the week.
Aim to attend 2-3 classes in person at StudioFire or online with SAHA!
Set time for yourself to meditate for a minimum of five minutes per day, 4 days this week.
You can use any kind of meditation you like

Additional Required Readings:
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (by either:Swami Satchidananda or Edwin F. Bryant)
Bhagavad Gita - Read Online or Bhagavad Gita As It Is by: A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
Throughout the course you’ll log 30 hours of yoga practice and 15 hours of meditation. Keep track of your hours by logging it in your notebook or journal.
Be sure to include:
The date(s) and time(s) which you practiced
Style of Yoga you practiced
Whether it was independent or in a studio setting
How your body, mind and emotions felt, before and after
