week 11 Practice Teaching

Practice teaching is one of the most important aspects of becoming a Yoga Teacher, check the assignments below to get started!

  • Plan a 15 minute sequence including an Introduction, an Opening Meditation, 2 of the Seated Postures discussed so far, 1 or more of each Sun Salutation a Cool Down and Savasana

  • Practice your sequence 3 times, teaching it aloud to yourself with a timer for 15 minutes.

  • Record the 15 minute sequence either by yourself, teaching a family member or friend, or GO LIVE on the FB group. Send in your recording or tag us to watch it.
