week 22 INtroduction to Yin Yoga

  • Read through the “Complete Guide to Yin Yoga” By: Bernie Clark.

  • Pick 3 Yin Postures and Describe the benefits of each posture, the Meridian lines accessed for each posture, how long to practice it for and what props can be offered.

  • Design a 45 minute Yin Sequence, remember, Yin Yoga is about slowing down. Make sure you have an opening, a Savasana, and a closing you may only need 3 - 7 postures for this length of sequence.

    Record and send your sequence in for review. Good luck!
