Experience different forms of meditation by going through the videos below!

  • Watch through the meditation videos and journal about your experience.

  • Practice Meditation once per day for 21 days, you can use any of the videos provided, find a meditation somewhere else which resonates with you or make your own.

  • Record your own 10- Minute Meditation in the style of your choosing.

    The easiest ways to share are:

    -Post on the Facebook Group

    -Upload as a private or unlisted Youtube Link and send the link
