week 6 Sun Salutations Pt. 2

Continue practicing the Sun Salutations as you learn to teach them!

  • Watch through the Sun Salutation videos, practice along and listen intently

  • Watch through again and take notes on the cues that you notice.

  • Record yourself teaching Sun Salutation A and send in your video as an unlisted youtube link or go live on the Facebook Group.

Great work! Now you can teach Sun Salutation A, record it or go live with it! Challenge yourself to teach it from memory, let your body tell you the story of the sequence. Practice teaching yourself aloud 3 times, then record it! It does not need to be “perfect”!
